These Terms apply when you use the Coreline website, contact us, create a member account, purchase a membership or pack, book a service, visit the studio or otherwise engage with Coreline. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Coreline
Coreline is a movement, recovery and wellness lounge in Hyderabad. Our services may include Pilates, Yoga, EMS, recovery experiences, personal attention, memberships, packs and other studio-led offerings.
2. Website Information
We try to keep the website accurate, but schedules, instructors, availability, memberships, prices, benefits and payment status are managed through our booking and CRM partners. If there is a difference between website content and the live booking or payment system, the live system will be treated as the source of truth.
3. Memberships, Packs and Payments
Memberships and packs are subject to the validity, usage limits, inclusions, exclusions and pricing shown at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or booking partners. A purchase is complete only after payment is successfully confirmed by the payment or CRM system.
4. Account and OTP Login
Some actions, including purchasing a pack or viewing member details, may require OTP login. You are responsible for providing accurate details and keeping your mobile number secure. Do not share OTPs with anyone.
5. Health and Participation
Coreline services are wellness and movement experiences, not medical treatment. You should consult a qualified medical professional before participating if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from illness, have a health condition or are unsure whether a service is suitable for you. You agree to follow instructor guidance and participate within your own capacity.
6. Studio Conduct
Please arrive on time, respect instructors and other members, use equipment with care and follow studio rules. We may refuse service, pause access or cancel a booking if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive or inconsistent with the studio environment.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, refunds and package adjustments are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy and any additional rules shown during purchase or booking.
8. Intellectual Property
The Coreline name, logo, website design, copy, images, videos, class concepts and other brand materials belong to Coreline or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse or commercially exploit them without permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website may connect to third-party tools such as booking systems, payment gateways, WhatsApp, Instagram, maps or analytics providers. Their own terms and policies may apply when you use those services.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coreline is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website, studio services, third-party systems or interrupted access. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Updates and Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version posted on this website will apply. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
